If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Wallets
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations
By making a purchase, you authorize KartBazaar or its third-party payment gateway to process the payment and deduct the total amount, including taxes and shipping charges, from your selected payment method.
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Order confirmation emails or messages do not signify our acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to verification and approval.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or limit the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order.
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If your order is canceled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or high demand periods.
Shipping charges, estimated delivery dates, and courier details will be displayed at checkout and sent via email or SMS after dispatch.
You agree that delays in delivery shall not be grounds for compensation or cancellation once the order has shipped.
8. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer return and refund policies as follows:
- Most items are eligible for return within 7–15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Certain products like personal care items, perishables, and customized items are not returnable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item and after quality inspection.
